Test ordering for the complex CIRS panels is made smooth and seamless by the Colab Team headed by Helen Jenkinson. The whole process of setting up the phlebotomy to getting the samples collected is taken in hand in an efficient time-sensitive, step-attentive and extremely kind way, something to appreciate if new to organising panels involving dry-ice collection and dispatching. At Colab it’s understood that there’s a steep learning curve to catch the CIRS diagnostic train and every effort is made so you are up to speed in no time.
